A The next edition of Automotive Testing Expo Europe takes place Hall 9, Messe Stuttgart, Germany on May 20, 21 & 22, 2025. 

Q What are the opening times of the expo?   
A The Expo is open from 09:00 to 17:00 each day, except Thursday, May 22, when the event is open from 09:00 – 15:00. 

Q How can I access Automotive Testing Expo Europe?  
A To access the event, simply register for a free Expo pass using the action buttons throughout this website. Your Expo pass will give you access on all three days. 

Q Do I need to register separately for ADAS & Autonomous Vehicle Technology Expo?  
A No, your free expo pass will give you access to both Automotive Testing Expo Europe and ADAS & Autonomous Vehicle Technology Expo 2025.

A Yes, this event is aimed at industry professionals only. 

Q Can I bring a child to the event?   
A Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend the event. This policy ensures a professional and safe environment for all attendees. We recommend making alternative arrangements for young children during the event.

Q Is there free parking at the event?   
A There are over 6700 parking space available around the Expo Center, however, parking charges do apply. Please visit the venue website to see latest rates.

Q How do I register for a free expo pass?   
A You can register for a free expo pass by clicking here. Please note that you can register at any time and you only need to register once. 

Q Do I need any industry or professional body accreditation to attend this event?   
A No, there are no specific criteria to attend the event. It is a trade show for all professionals working in the ADAS, autonomous vehicle and testing industries. 

Q Do I need to register separately for the co-located ADAS & Autonomous Vehicle Technology Conference?   
A Yes. Whilst both Automotive Testing Expo and ADAS & Autonomous Vehicle Technology Expo are free to enter, the conference is a paid-for event. 

Q Who typically exhibits at this event?

Q Will I have enough time to visit in one day?   
A Depending on your reasons for attending, it may be a stretch to see everything you need to see in one day. Please use the official event App to help you plan your appointments and ensure you do not miss out on the networking events.  

Q Is there a networking reception during the event?   
A Yes, there is an official drinks reception and numerous breakout sessions. More details will be added to the website and the official event App closer to the date.   

Q Do I need a Visa?

A Holders of Schengen Area, European Union, and UK passports do not require a visa to travel to Germany.

Important Note: To receive a visa invitation letter, you must first complete the registration form. If you are an exhibitor or speaker, please contact the visa department at visa@ukimediaevents.com.

We will begin processing visa invitation letters 16 weeks before the event. If you have special circumstances that require the letter to be issued earlier, please email the visa department at visa@ukimediaevents.com.

Q What are the build days and timings?  
A Sunday, May 18, 2025 07:00 - 22:00. Custom build booths with independent contractor ONLY - safety shoes compulsory 
Monday, May 19, 2025, 07:00 - 18:00. Custom build booths with independent contractor - safety shoes compulsory 

Shell Scheme and pop-up booths exhibitors permitted entry for decorating their booths 

Monday, May 19, 2025. 18:00 - 22:00. Final light decoration and finishing work of all booths only. All aisles must be cleared by 18:00 and forklifts will no longer be permitted 

Q Can I gain early access to the halls on breakdown?  
A No. Please see "Exhibition Timetable in the Important Exhibitor Information" in the "Breakdown Information" section of your Exhibitor Manual.

"No exhibits may be removed before the exhibition closes at 15:00hrs on Thursday, May 22, 2025, nor will any contractors be allowed into the halls until this time - please ensure that you have briefed your contractors accordingly"

Q What is the breakdown process and timings?  
A The breakdown timings are Thursday, May 22, 2025. 15:30 – 24:00 and Friday, May 23, 2025. 07:00 – 17:00. For information about the breakdown process, please consult the exhibitor manual.

Q Where can I park?  
A Exhibitors can purchase parking tickets for the duration of the show (e.g. permanent parking permits, VIP parking permits or loading bay slots alongside the halls) via the Webshop, or on-site from Gate 2. 
 
Exhibitor car parking is available in P26 at the West Entrance. It is free of charge during build-up and breakdown and not necessary to register for VisiFair when using this car park. 
 
For access to Car Parks P30-P32, you will need to register and book your parking via VisiFair
 
Truck parking during the show is possible in P29 - truck pool. To purchase a ticket go to Hauptwache - Gate 1.

Q Can I leave my vehicle onsite during build and breakdown?  
A If you are arriving in a vehicle, access to the fairground for set-up and dismantling is now only possible with the fee-based registration and booking of a time slot via VisiFair for parking outside the exhibition halls. Please see "Set-up/Dismantling Vehicle Access Regulations (VisiFair)" in the Important Exhibitor Information section of your Exhibitor Manual.

Q Can I apply for a parking permit?  
A Yes, exhibitors can apply for a parking permit - please see "How to Get There / Exhibitor Parking" in the Exhibitor Parking section of your Exhibitor Manual.

Q Can I collect visitor data throughout the show?  
A Yes, please see "Lead Retrieval / Data Capture" in the Important Exhibitor Information section of your Exhibitor Manual.

Q What is the difference between the expo and the conference?  

A The Expo is a free-to-attend event featuring over 150 exhibitors presenting innovative technologies, industry solutions and services. The conference is a paid-for event with over 80 industry experts presenting on a variety of key industry topics. They are co-located, with the conference situated at the ADAS & Autonomous Vehicle Technology Expo and take place on the same dates as the Testing Expo. Q How do I purchase a delegate pass?  

A Simply visit the ADAS & Autonomous Vehicle Technology Expo website and click the delegate pass button located throughout the website.

Q Is there a discount if I purchase multiple passes?  

A Yes, there is a multiple delegate pass rate. Please see the registration form for full details.

Q Can I transfer my delegate pass once registered?  

A Please contact one of the team on the following email address should you need to transfer a delegate pass to a new name registration@ukimediaevents.com

Q Where can I find information on the conference tracks?

Q Do I need to book into specific sessions?  

A No, you do not need to book onto each session, you can simply arrive at each as required. Please note that some presentations are extremely busy, so please allow time to arrive and be seated to each session you wish to attend. 

Q Do I need to attend all sessions?  

A No, you are free to attend as many/few sessions as meets your needs.

Q Will I have time to visit the Expo?  

A The Expo is open from 09:00 to 17:00 each day, except Thursday, May 22, when the event is open from 09:00 – 15:00, which should enable you to visit the Expo during your visit. Please ensure you plan your visit to maximize the success of your visit. The official event app can help you make the most of your visit.

Q Do I need to register for a pass?   
A No, your pass will be emailed to you automatically. 

Q Do I need to provide any materials for the press lounge or VIP areas?   
A As a speaker at the ADAS & Autonomous Vehicle Technology conference, you have the opportunity to have materials within the conference theatre. Due to sponsorship, some areas of the show may have exclusive ownership.
