- Equipped with 10+ years of industry experience
Each nomination should include:
- A clear picture of the nominee’s current responsibilities, challenges, and strategic priorities
- Three defining achievements that demonstrate leadership, innovation, and measurable impact
- Two references from senior industry figures who have worked closely with the nominee
