Tom pursued his academic journey at the Technical University of Braunschweig, where he earned his master's degree in mechanical engineering and business in 2018. He conducted his bachelor thesis at Volkswagen in Wolfsburg, focusing on fatigue strength within the overall vehicle department of the research and development division. He authored his master's thesis at GOM on the self-calibration of industrial robots using optical measurement technology. Since 2018, Tom has been an integral part of SincoTec. He began as a trainee and quickly advanced to become an assistant to the management board.
