Simon Wegmann studied industrial engineering and management (Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing (FH)). From working on his thesis (2006), Wegman's career path at ARRK Engineering has seen him working as business development manager in CAD design 2006–2012; group leader CAD thermal management 2012-2019; department leader in thermal management 2020-2023 and since 2023, as vice president thermal management.
