Jan took over as managing director of Aucoteam in 2023. Prior to joining the Berlin-based SME, he was in charge of running the materials testing business in Germany for an international TIC company. He also gained a couple of years' experience abroad in Madrid, Spain. Jan holds a master's degree in aerospace engineering from the Federal Armed Forces University in Munich, Germany, and an MBA from Henley Business School, UK.
