Alexey Telegin holds a degree in power engineering from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute, specializing in power generation, distribution and energy storage. He began his career in industrial power systems and automation, leading engineering teams on high-power infrastructure projects before joining Keysight Technologies in 2013. Since 2017 he has focused on e-mobility, working with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers and test laboratories on EV, EVSE and grid-edge testing, and leading technical engagement for charging interoperability and conformance validation.
