While there are lots of established products in the ODU-MAC range of modular connectors, there is a module that currently stands out: a completely revised version of the one-position ODU-MAC Silver-/White-Line Lamtac Flex module for high currents and for the ODU-MAC Blue-Line. High current as such is not a new topic, of course, but the new modules tackle it with new ferocity – up to 255A and 2.5kV (PD 2) with increased clearance and creepage, and a new IP2X-rated touch-protection, now on both socket and pin side. The Silver-Line version is capable of 100,000 mating cycles.
