Modular test solution for maximum flexibility
At the expo in June, Instron will unveil its new Labtronic EVO product family for the first time at a public event. Each component in the Labtronic EVO product family is designed to complement the others, creating a seamless ecosystem that adapts to test setups. It’s not just a modular, scalable approach for servohydraulic actuators and modern test systems – it’s a real time-saver thanks to the structured and clear arrangement of the test rig electronics. Modern bus technology succeeds long analog cables and reduces the needs to lay them out. The biggest benefits are: stepwise upgrade options for a long-term, futureproof investment with quicker approval processes; a decentralized concept for minimized cabling and faster conversions, resulting in less downtime; an easy and quick actuator extension; marginal software training and ramp-up time; and quicker fault isolation by up-to-date technologies. It’s backward compatible with the existing Labtronic 8800ml, allowing hybrid operations together with new Labtronic EVO hardware. As the operator software RSLabSite modulogic 2.8 or later is already familiar, no additional training will be required and a seamless transition is guaranteed. Whether a company is building new test rigs or upgrading existing test equipment, Labtronic EVO helps to reduce downtime, simplify wiring and prepare for tomorrow’s testing challenges.
