Cansinga & Teccon, cooperate together in the European countries for crash barrier equipments in passive safety. A new range of honeycomb crash barriers meets global frontal and side impact requirements. Designs are validated against the Euro NCAP Full Width Deformable Barrier (FWDB) protocol (effective Jan 2026) and the C-IASI AC-MPDB. The SC-MPDB protocol, developed jointly by C-NCAP and Euro NCAP, harmonises test procedures. Under C-NCAP Version 2027, the movable barrier mass increased from 1400 kg to 1550 kg; the next Euro NCAP revision is expected to adopt the same mass. Adjustable crush strength and modular cell geometry allow reconfiguration for different vehicle segments—from compact EVs to large SUVs—without sacrificing biofidelity or stability. This flexibility enables test labs and manufacturers to address regional NCAP differences (Europe, China, ASEAN, etc.) using a single honeycomb platform. All configurations come with full certification traceability.
