red-ant develops AI-based measurement systems for early failure detection and acoustic quality assurance.
Our MIG16 EFD measurement systems detect gear, bearing and motor damage, as well as wear and shifting noise. Our unique AI‑based concept includes continuous data acquisition and classification of test conditions, along with the calculation of various modern NVH indicators.
For end-of-line functional test stands, we have developed the optimal acoustic measurement system MIG16 AQS. It reliably detects assembly errors from structure-borne sound, identifies missing or damaged components, monitors the noise level of the test specimen, and provides information on all types of unwanted noises.
Whether used for transmissions, axles, electric and combustion engines, or shock absorbers — our technology is successfully applied in the final inspection of a wide range of components. Our customers particularly appreciate the cost-effectiveness and extreme reliability of our individually tailored system solutions.
