Meet the
new IOLITE® X from Dewesoft – a next-generation distributed DAQ system designed
for automotive testing, industrial monitoring, and control applications.
Combining compact fanless hardware with high-end signal conditioning, IOLITE X
delivers synchronized high-speed measurements for e-powertrain, durability,
NVH, thermal, and vehicle validation testing.
The modular
system supports analog, digital, CAN FD, strain, IEPE, vibration, and
temperature inputs with up to 24-bit resolution and sampling rates up to 500
kS/s. Dual Gigabit Ethernet interfaces with Power over Ethernet (PoE) and PTPv2
synchronization enable simple single-cable connectivity for distributed
measurements across test benches, vehicles, and industrial environments.
Designed
for DIN-rail installation, the rugged aluminum chassis integrates easily into
automotive test systems and automated environments. Full openDAQ™ and OPC UA
compatibility ensure seamless integration with third-party software and control
systems.
