The High Current Ripple Generator System from IMP Elektronik is designed for voltage and current ripple immunity testing of EV high-voltage components according to LV123, VW80300, ISO 21498-2 and MBN 11123. The modular system supports non-invasive ripple injection and scalable parallel operation up to 1200 App for demanding automotive and power electronics applications. With support for DC voltages up to 1200 V, automated closed-loop ripple voltage and current control, and frequency ranges up to 250 kHz, the system is ideal for testing HV compressors, DC/DC converters, inverters, axle drives, onboard chargers, batteries and Power-HIL environments. The compact and energy-efficient design enables easy integration into automated test benches via RS485 or LAN communication.
