The EHAD Test Bench is a specialized
solution for evaluating the thermal and airflow performance of automotive HVAC
systems. Designed to simulate a wide range of environmental conditions (-30°C
to +50°C, 20–90% RH), it enables precise testing of air temperature control,
airflow distribution, damper actuator linearity, and heating performance.
Independent power systems for actuators, motors, and PTC heaters are integrated
for flexible testing scenarios. This bench uniquely offers high humidity
simulation at low temperatures—critical for real-world performance validation.
Equipped with a compact, LabVIEW-based control and data acquisition system, all
processes are fully automated for repeatability and efficiency. Essential for
R&D and QA, the EHAD bench ensures reliable, standardized testing to meet
evolving automotive thermal comfort and energy efficiency standards.
