The modular XR platform allows users to combine SIRIUS® XHS and SIRIUS® X DAQ modules within a single enclosed rack chassis, enabling highly flexible system configurations for e-powertrain, durability, NVH, and vehicle validation testing. Systems can be configured with up to 288 SIRIUS® X channels for maximum channel density or up to 72 high-speed SIRIUS® XHS analog channels with sampling rates up to 15 MS/s per channel for demanding transient measurements.

Universal signal amplifiers support multiple measurement modes within a single amplifier, simplifying complex mixed-signal test setups. XR9 can operate as a central DAQ hub connected to an external PC or with an optional integrated SBOX industrial computer for onboard processing and high-speed data logging.

Advanced connectivity includes dual 10 GbE interfaces with copper or fiber SFP options as well as high-speed CAN and CAN FD support with up to 9 CAN ports. Synchronization technologies such as PTPv2, IRIG, GPS, PPS, and future-ready White Rabbit support ensure highly accurate distributed measurements. With full openDAQ™ SDK compliance and 10 MHz clock reference I/O, XR9 integrates seamlessly into automated and third-party automotive test environments.
