The AUCOTEAM Test Laboratory is an accredited testing facility offering a wide range of environmental, mechanical, electrical, and material testing services for automotive and industrial applications. The laboratory is accredited by DAkkS according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, ensuring reliable, standardized, and internationally recognized test results.

AUCOTEAM provides comprehensive test services, including shock and vibration testing, climate, corrosion and salt spray testing, IP protection tests, particle impact (IK) tests, splash and ice water shock tests, vacuum and overpressure testing, chemical resistance, solar radiation and weathering, as well as push/pull and material tests. In addition, the laboratory conducts electrical testing according to LV 124, battery testing according to UN 38.3, connector testing, and lifetime and reliability testing.

The company also develops and operates customized test benches and test systems. These include automotive test benches for prototype testing, e-mobility test benches for high-voltage and low-voltage components, automated quality test benches, and cooling water control systems for electrical machines and heaters. Test systems can be controlled via CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and SENT, and are tailored to specific customer requirements.
